Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to join our team at In Technology Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of support professionals, implementing best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the service desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the client's vision and solutions to add greater depth value to the business.
