We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to join our team at In Technology Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of support professionals, implementing best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the service desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the client's vision and solutions to add greater depth value to the business.
- Work as part of a team delivering exceptional service to our clients.
- Maintain IT team documentation in line with changes.
- Build strong client relationships with excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
- Assist Senior level engineers in business Infrastructure projects.
- Team Management and Operational oversight.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service desk management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Proven experience in team management, performance evaluation, and coaching.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
