Night and Weekend Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as NHS 111 Health Advisors, working night shifts and weekends. As a valued member of our Integrated Urgent Care division, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our patients.
The hourly rate for this position is £12.05 (contractual night rate) and £15.58 (red zone weekend rate), subject to terms and conditions. We offer a range of benefits, including fully paid accredited training, 33 days annual leave, and a pension scheme.
Responsibilities- Answer and respond to incoming calls to the IUC/NHS111 service from members of the public, healthcare practitioners, or other professionals
- Accurately record and check details on the call logging computer system
- Support the safeguarding of individuals following local protocols and standards
- Develop your career, specialising in different areas within the IUC department within NHS 111
