About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with a range of SEN needs, including Autism, Speech and Language, Behaviour, and Physical Disabilities
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide academic and emotional support to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Psychology or related field
  • Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
