We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support students with a range of SEN needs, including Autism, Speech and Language, Behaviour, and Physical Disabilities
- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Provide academic and emotional support to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes
- Graduate degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive daily rate of £105-£110, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
