Join Our Team as a SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children who require extra support, many of whom have Autism and may be non-verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to SEN children
  • Work with children with Autism, Global Delay, and Speech & Language difficulties
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 1st Class Degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable children is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with children, parents, and staff
