Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing defined customer accounts for Red Bull. They will work closely with the Head of Customer Collaboration to develop tools and processes to deliver best-in-class supply performance to key customer accounts, leveraging internal and external data sources and platforms.

Key performance indicators will include Service Levels, On Shelf Availability (OSA), Forecast Accuracy, and cost. The Customer Service Manager will lead the customer collaboration agenda with Red Bull's key accounts, using available data and platforms as a foundation.

Collaborative forecasting, planning, and replenishment with customers will be key, aligning demand between Red Bull and the customer (base, promotions, events). The Customer Service Manager will manage long-term forecasts and share knowledge and strategy with retailers to ensure this is reflected in order management systems.

Adoption of best-in-class data and analytics tools will be essential to drive action (e.g., tracking OSA post-solution implementation and sharing results with key stakeholders; continuous improvement of internal and external processes to maximize customer inbound service levels).
