Fusion Talent is seeking a seasoned Site Operations Manager to oversee a COMAH manufacturing facility with a team of circa 140 employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical manufacturing, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries and excellent leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee manufacturing strategies, CapEx, engineering, HR, and QHSE
- Work closely with the Site Director to position the site for future growth
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead a team of circa 140 employees
Requirements:
- Site / Operations Manager experience in chemical manufacturing, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries
- Excellent leadership and change management skills
- Strong understanding of COMAH principles
- Ability to work in a fully autonomous position
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of £130,000 - £135,000
