Job Description

This is a full-time opportunity where the Maintenance Assistant will work 37.8 hour shifts between 7:00-20:00 including weekends.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the village in delivering excellent customer service.
  2. Maintain our beautiful community to ensure residents and colleagues have the best years of their lives.
  3. Undertake repair work and preventative maintenance tasks such as legionella control, residential checks, and site surveys.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in building repair or grounds maintenance.
  • Holds a full driving licence.
  • Any qualifications within the building trade or health and safety would be desirable.

  • A salary of £27,500 - £29,500 per annum based on experience.
