**About the Position:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Law Specialist to join our team in Carlisle. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing complex property transactions from start to finish.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Provide expert advice on residential property law to clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties.
  • Evaluate and manage risks associated with each transaction, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of transactions and that all matters are handled efficiently and to a high standard.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in residential conveyancing, ideally within a busy legal practice.
  • Technical knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards, including AML, CQS, and SRA regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Compensation Package:**

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
