Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Chef to join our culinary team at HC-One. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents. You will work closely with our catering manager to plan menus, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
* Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels
* Collaborate with the catering manager to plan menus and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef in a similar setting
* A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent
* S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
