Job Description

Director Development Delivery, EMEA

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a seasoned Director of Development Delivery to lead our growing project management team and drive the delivery of our data center projects. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, and driving standardization to reduce cycle time and cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the overall construction program to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Define and develop project tools, processes, and procedures to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop key business engagement processes to enable quick decision-making
  • Establish a comprehensive QA/QC program to prevent problems and identify risks early
  • Lead by example to ensure coordination and integration of internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar field
  • 7-10 years of experience in a management role, preferably in data center construction
  • Experience in CSA and MEP construction management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Travel expected, with potential for increased travel as the business evolves
