Job Description

Director Development Delivery, EMEA

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a seasoned Director of Development Delivery to lead our project management team and drive the delivery of our data center projects. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from entitlement and permitting to construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management processes and tools to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality projects
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure seamless handoffs
  • Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in a management role, preferably in data center construction
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project or P6
