Top 100 Law Firm Seeks Clinical Negligence Paralegal/Litigation Executive

Our client, a leading national law firm based in Manchester, is looking for a skilled Clinical Negligence Paralegal/Litigation Executive to join their expanding Medical Negligence team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full range of Clinical Negligence claims, including birth injuries, cosmetic surgery claims, and misdiagnosis/delay in cancer.
  • Work closely with the Medical Negligence team to develop and implement effective case strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential claims and develop strong cases.
  • Prepare and present cases in court, as well as negotiate settlements with opposing parties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless case management and excellent client service.
Requirements

We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Paralegal, Fee Earner, or Litigation Executive who has a strong background in Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury law. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
