About the Role:

  • Lead a team of creatives to deliver high-quality content, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely project delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end video production for social campaigns, from scripting to post-production, ensuring exceptional visual storytelling.
  • Craft compelling ad copy that drives user interaction and complements visual content, staying up-to-date with the latest advertising formats and social media trends.
  • Analyse performance data with analytics teams to refine campaigns, driving continuous improvement and optimisation.

About You:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a creative role, focusing on social media content creation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • You possess proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • You have a portfolio showcasing your creative work across multiple social media platforms, demonstrating your expertise in creating visually compelling content.
  • You have experience managing and leading junior creatives, bringing out the best in your team members.
  • You have excellent storytelling and conceptualisation skills, turning ideas into engaging visual content.
  • You stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and advertising formats, applying this knowledge to drive campaign success.
  • You have experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while maintaining autonomy and attention to detail.
