Job Title: Social Media Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced social media strategist to lead our digital content efforts in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Lead a team of content creators to produce high-quality content, ensuring consistency with brand objectives and goals.
  • Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and engagement, using metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and followers.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships by providing strategic advice and demonstrating the impact of social media efforts on their business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend new opportunities and creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

About You:

  • Experience: At least 7 years in social media management, with a strong focus on strategy, team leadership, and client management.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of all major social platforms and the ability to create tailored strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
  • Creativity: Strong creative thinking, with the ability to translate client goals into compelling social content and campaigns.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of social media metrics and the ability to leverage data to optimize campaigns.
  • Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Location: Relocation to Dubai is required (support will be provided).

Salary: AED 18,000 - AED 22,000 per month (tax-free income) depending on experience.
