ACS Performance seeks an experienced Aerospace Environmental Manager to lead the development and implementation of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive HSE management system, adhering to external standards and regulations, including ISO 14001 and other requirements.
  • Establish and manage contractor/supplier relationships to effectively mitigate risks associated with their activities.
  • Oversee all aspects of environmental management, including waste streams, ISO certification, permit requirements, and pollution control measures.
  • Ensure regular inspections are conducted and maintained, including fire risk assessments, Legionella testing, and thorough examinations as required.
Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or IEMA/NEBOSH Environmental Certificate.
  • ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certification.
  • Membership in the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH).
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a factory-based setting.

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
