Job Overview

This Programme Management Placement opportunity is designed to develop your skills and expertise in managing projects and processes within our Customer Programmes team.

About the Role

As an Aerospace Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a variety of projects with a focus on improving efficiency, implementing Lean principles, and delivering creative solutions to complex problems. You will work independently with minimal supervision, engage with customers, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sourcing, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement Lean principles.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Communicate project updates and results to stakeholders through written and verbal reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Data Analysis, Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum 2:1 degree classification.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
