Collision Assessment Specialist

**Job Description:**
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed.
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using industry-standard software (e.g., Audatex).
- Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to ensure clear communication and efficient processing of claims.
- Ensure all estimates comply with manufacturer and insurance guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Vehicular Damage Assessor in the automotive repair industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and damage assessment.
- Proficiency in using estimating software (e.g., Audatex).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
