Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

Hays Specialist Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join a renowned contractor in the construction industry. As a key member of the site team, you will be responsible for overseeing the progress of high-end fit-out projects, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site teams and manage subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate with senior management to report progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress and site activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant tickets, such as CSR card, SSSTS card, and SMSTS card
  • Ability to travel as required
