Job Title: Construction Site Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Trade Supervisor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment.

Job Description:

  • Lead a team of construction professionals in the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services.
  • Oversee site supervision, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with foremen and site supervisors to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, meeting productivity and performance targets.
  • Develop and implement health and safety protocols, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance.
  • Source materials and manage direct labor and sub-contractor relationships effectively.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in the social housing sector.
  • Proven track record in delivering minor building and maintenance joinery services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and full driving license.
  • Certified Safety Representative (CSR) card.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.
