Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

A reputable logistics and supply chain company is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality assurance function. Key Responsibilities
  • Auditing and monitoring internal processes to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize business performance
  • Ensuring that services consistently meet client and regulatory requirements
  • Developing and maintaining quality management systems and procedures
  • Conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and quality
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in quality management, with experience in auditing and monitoring processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality results, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement

  • Knowledge of quality management systems and procedures, with the ability to develop and maintain these within a dynamic environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £45,000 per annum, plus attractive benefits and bonuses.
