Job Title: Credit Sales Vice President

At SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA, we are seeking a highly skilled Credit Sales Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of loan investors in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sell-down processes for transactions where SG is Bookrunner and support the Bank's balance-sheet sell-down in Primary Markets.
  2. Provide regular feedback on investor appetites, market conditions, and structures to the Loan Syndication platform.
  3. Originate and execute secondary trades.
  4. Support Directors and the Team Head in the production of relevant market information, reporting requirements, data analysis, and presentations.
Requirements:
  1. Strong understanding of the Syndicated Loan Market and good knowledge of Capital Markets products.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills.
  3. Financial mathematical competency.
  4. 2+ languages (including English).
  5. Strong competency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  6. Experience in credit analysis and legal documentation relevant to the loan markets.
  7. Capacity to understand and manage risks (conduct, reputational, financial, etc.).
