Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Manager to join our team in Huntingdon, Cambs. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business performance and improving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business performance and improve operational efficiency.
  • Leading the creation and monitoring of manufacturing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address process improvements and cost reduction opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing large teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • A solid understanding of engineering principles, project management, lean six sigma fundamentals, and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and monitoring KPIs to improve business operational results.
  • Experience in building and developing effective teams through coaching and mentoring.
