Job Title: Residential Support Worker (Children and Young People)

Prospero Health & Social Care is recruiting qualified Residential Support Workers to provide care and support to children and young people with complex needs.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable young people. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of our residents.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide emotional support and facilitate social interactions to promote a sense of belonging
  • Participate in community-based activities and outings to enhance residents' experiences
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs
  • Qualifications in Health and Social Care (Level 2 or 3 desirable)
  • Up-to-date mandatory training, including Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, and Safeguarding
  • Enhanced DBS certificate and Right to Work in the UK
