Key Responsibilities:

  • Data quality and records management
  • Work closely with practitioners to maintain accurate information
  • Contribute to practice team meetings with statistical updates
  • Maintain systems for statutory requirements
  • Compile and maintain spreadsheets
  • Handle complex enquiries from the public and partner agencies
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Act as lead contact for enquiries and meetings
  • Deliver excellent customer service

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Passion for working with children and improving outcomes
  • Experience in minute taking and financial processes
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in setting up and coordinating meetings
  • Administrative or business support experience
