Job Overview

Voscur is seeking an Inclusive Community Development Officer to join our team. This role requires developing and implementing community engagement strategies, facilitating workshops and events, and collaborating with local organizations to create opportunities for refugees and asylum seekers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in community development and be able to work effectively with diverse groups. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote social inclusion and diversity
  • Facilitate workshops and events to build connections between communities and promote social cohesion
  • Collaborate with local organizations to create opportunities for refugees and asylum seekers and promote social justice

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in community development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Able to work effectively with diverse groups
