About the Role

This position comes with a salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and contributing to the company's strategic objectives.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
