About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leading and executing technical testing activities, particularly in ServiceNow and JIRA environments.

The role requires an individual who goes beyond defect logging and drives technical testing strategies, execution, and collaboration with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows re-platforming projects, including Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations, and knowledge of M365 deployment and integration testing.

What You Will Do
  • Develop comprehensive test approaches, plans, and completion reports tailored to project objectives and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor test activities effectively.
  • Lead and execute technical testing activities within JIRA and ServiceNow, ensuring thorough and efficient coverage of all testing scenarios.
  • Go beyond defect logging—drive meaningful test execution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
