We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the development of innovative customer experiences for our key EU brands. As Chief Customer Experience Architect, you will drive pioneer custom advertising initiatives from start to finish, identifying opportunities across Amazon's customer journeys and partnering with creative, product, and account experts.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Amazon's key businesses and thrive in a start-up environment that drives innovation across the advertising organization. You will be responsible for technically validating and scoping various customer experiences, providing in-depth functional requirements and timelines aligned with creative, technical, legal teams, testing teams, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage complex campaigns from conceptual phase to go live, utilizing various project management methodologies to ensure success
  • Develop and drive new advertising product innovations outside of standard product cards by engaging with customers, creative teams, and management to deliver unique solutions for strategic advertising partners
  • Manage ad-hoc requests for new advertising concepts that can be delivered rapidly in a quickly and thoroughly manner
  • Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit

Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in Project Management ideally within advertising, e-commerce, or the digital space
  • Strong communication skills, proven ability to influence others internally and externally, and experience partnering with a worldwide sales organization
  • Understanding of technical integration of ideas and ability to build relationships with development roles and designers
