Tower House Consulting Ltd seeks an experienced Associate Director, Data Management to conceptualise and drive the delivery of new innovative products and services that will be profitable and enable the business to accelerate its global expansion.
About the JobThis role requires developing commercially viable, data-centric products and services through user involvement, with a strong end-to-end business understanding. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, developing innovative solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities- Develop a pipeline of unique innovative products and services to generate new revenue streams
- Collaborate with internal teams to build synergy and identify opportunities for innovation
- Evaluate disruptive technologies and commercialise innovations
- Develop go-to-market strategies and negotiate commercial agreements
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Have a degree/MSc education or equivalent commercial experience
- Be experienced in working in an incubator/startup/innovation environment within a global organisation
- Have hands-on experience of designing and developing data-centric digital products
- Master agile, design thinking, and lean techniques for user involvement
- Be highly developed in collaboration and engagement techniques
The estimated salary for this role is £95,000 - £115,000 + bonus, dependent on location and experience. The role offers excellent benefits and opportunities for growth.
