About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Voyage Care in Hull. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our service users, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Encourage and enable service users to access their local communities, socialise, and engage in activities
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.45
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care setting is desirable, but not essential
