About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team at We Care Group. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, independence, and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as washing, feeding, and toileting.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of security and belonging.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and secure environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

About You:

  • You will have or be working towards an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
  • Previous experience in a care setting is desirable, but not essential.
  • You will possess a positive attitude, be passionate about working with vulnerable adults, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
