Main Responsibilities- Assist senior HCAs, Care Leaders, and Deputy Managers in delivering prescribed care as indicated in patient care plans.
- Work collaboratively with a team of Health Care Assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Participate in promoting best practice within the Intermediate Care Team.
- Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent relevant knowledge and experience.
- Hold a Care Certificate or be willing to complete within the induction period.
- Good understanding of basic IT skills.
