We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Manager to join MB Connected, a well-established retail business, in a hybrid working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in leading a team.

As the lead FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis processes for our fast-growing group. This will involve overseeing key deliverables such as the annual budget process, rolling forecasting, long-term financial planning, and commercial business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FP&A function, managing a team of analysts.
  • Provide regular financial analysis and insights to senior management, developing and implementing a company-wide financial planning and analysis process.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling forecast model to support business strategy, alongside providing analysis and recommendations on business performance and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement financial plans.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an FP&A Manager within a retail business.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
