Responsibilities:

">In this role, you will assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, lead small group sessions, and implement targeted interventions to support pupils with specific learning needs. You will also assess and monitor pupil progress, provide feedback to teachers and parents, and manage classroom activities in the absence of the teacher.">

Requirements:

">To succeed in this role, you will need a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, extensive experience in a primary school setting, and strong communication skills. A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic school environment are essential.">
