About the Role
We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team at Don Thomson House Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting them with their daily needs and activities.
What You'll Do
- Provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Support residents with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Encourage residents to participate in leisure and social activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
