Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care packages.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

No prior care experience is necessary, as we provide full nurse-led training and support. However, you must possess excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate nature, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
