**Job Summary**
The Derbyshire County Council is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our North East Derbyshire Adult Social Work Duty Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide critical support to our operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our community.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments for care and support, identifying individual needs and developing effective plans to address them.
- Respond promptly to urgent and non-urgent duty tasks, demonstrating a commitment to timely and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to complete safeguarding initial and section 42 enquiries, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
**Team Dynamics**
You will be part of a dynamic team that includes a Service Manager, Senior Practitioner, and other Social Workers and Social Care Practitioners. As a team member, you will contribute to a culture of mutual respect, open communication, and collective goal achievement.
