Learner Engagement Coordinator

Dovetail and Slate Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Learner Engagement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in connecting students with apprenticeship opportunities and ensuring the successful placement of students with employers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers to promote apprenticeship programs and increase the number of successful placements.
  • Work closely with account managers to post job openings and recruit students for apprenticeships.
  • Track student progress and record interview results to ensure timely placement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and employers throughout the apprenticeship process.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in education or a related field.
  • Level 2 Maths and English qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to pass a DBS check and maintain confidentiality.
