Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Parmar Staffing Ltd. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the Leadership Team, working closely with the CEO and other executives to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive inbox and diary management for the CEO Office
- Offer administrative support to the Leadership Team, including travel arrangements and purchasing orders
- Represent the Leadership Team with professionalism and effective communication
- Collaborate with the EA team to manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent MS Office skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive approach to managing inboxes and prioritising tasks

Working Conditions:
The role is based in the office three days a week, with two days available to work from home. Laptop, phone, and equipment will be provided by the client.

Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 (negotiable)
