We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to lead our rowing programme as the Head of Rowing Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive rowing strategy that aligns with the school's sporting philosophy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a rowing programme that meets the needs of our students and supports their academic and personal growth.
  • Lead a team of rowing coaches and staff to ensure high-quality coaching and instruction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the school to promote the rowing programme and engage with parents and alumni.
  • Manage the budget and resources allocated to the rowing programme to ensure effective use and maximum impact.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for rowing, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and experience in managing teams and budgets. A proven track record as a successful coach and considerable experience with modern telemetry equipment is also essential.

Estimated Salary: £47,000 per annum
