About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of College Rowing Coordinator, responsible for coordinating our rowing programme at Eton College.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned coach with excellent organizational skills, a passion for rowing, and experience working in a boarding school environment. As College Rowing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our rowing programme, including line managing all rowing staff, developing an effective strategy for the Eton College Boat Club (ECBC), and managing the budget.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record as a successful coach with extensive experience working with students aged 13-18;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with varied stakeholders;
  • Demonstrable experience of working with modern telemetry equipment;
  • A full driving license which qualifies you to tow a boat trailer;
