Job Opportunity: Qualified Children's Social Worker
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Children's Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding service on a Locum basis. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing positive change in children, families, and carers' lives by using systemic social work methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including parenting assessments, to inform the development of outcome-focused care plans with children and their families.
- Undertake care proceedings within the court, both private and public, and initiate and complete court timescales to achieve permanency plans for children, including adoption.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to optimize the management, oversight, and support to all Social Workers.
