About the Role
As a Barista Maestro at Costa Coffee, you'll be part of a dynamic team that shares a passion for coffee and delivering great experiences to our customers. You'll have the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of store operations
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, has excellent communication and leadership skills, and is able to work well under pressure. You'll be a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our stores.
