Job Overview: Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to manage the day-to-day operations of their care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care delivery to service users, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home in accordance with CQC regulations and standards
  • Oversee the care delivery to service users, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life
  • Lead and support the staff team, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and delivering high-quality care
  • Collaborate with the service provider and stakeholders to promote a positive and caring environment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and service delivery

Requirements:
  • NVQ 5 / RMN / QCF completed
  • Proven experience as a registered manager or in a senior role within a residential care setting
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and relevant legislation
  • Experience in elderly and dementia care
