Job Title: Assistant Manager

At JD Group, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar format.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
