About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team in Kirton Lindsey. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities and Expectations

Picking and packing sporting goods across the warehouse

Loading and unloading stock and pallets across the warehouse

Performing other general warehouse duties as required

Work Environment and Requirements

The role demands a moderate level of physical activity on a daily basis, including standing, lifting, and bending.

Work Schedule

DAYS & AFTERS ROTATING ROTA: Any 5 from 7 shifts (including weekends)

Including site H&S induction and comprehensive training for all successful candidates

Remuneration Package

  • Pay Rates: Up to £11.50 per hour (days), Up to £12.25 per hour (evenings)
  • Overtime (Saturday & Sunday): Additional £1 per hour

Employee Benefits

  • Total Annual Hours: 1500 hours based on full-time working hours
  • Annual Leave Entitlement: Based on full-time working hours

Compensation Information

Estimated Salary: £26,048 - £30,244 per annum
