Job Title: Digital Asset Administrator

At N Brown, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Asset Administrator to join our team. As a Digital Asset Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Digital Operations Team in the quality checking, administration, and management of digital images.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Retouch and Online Production teams to ensure all image assets are catalogued correctly in our Digital Asset Management systems.
  • Ensure all assets inputted into the Digital Asset Management systems are the final, approved files - checking for naming conventions, formats, quality, and appropriate for use.
  • Manage multiple systems to track, upload, and download assets.
  • Facilitate collection and manipulation of previously approved digital content assets, where required for distribution and repurposing to specific requirements.
  • Support the Online Production team to assign imagery to products and publish online.
  • Support the wider Digital Operations Team when required.
Requirements:
  • Good administrative skills are essential.
  • Ability to work individually or part of a team.
  • Methodical and highly organized.
  • Previous experience working within asset production would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Understanding of different image formats and standards would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Pro-active, positive, and flexible with a 'can-do' attitude, able to motivate colleagues to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An open-minded, flexible, and positive attitude toward new challenges, with a willingness to adopt new technologies and business change.
