We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and develop access to our Christian Brethren Archive, a unique and valuable collection of historical documents and materials.
About the Role:
- Manage and maintain the Christian Brethren Archive, ensuring its preservation and accessibility for academic and research purposes.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the archive and its collections, including digital preservation and online access.
- Collaborate with library staff and external partners to ensure the archive is integrated into the library's collections and services.
- Provide training and support to staff and students on the use of special collections and digital technologies.
- Contribute to the development of the library's digital preservation and access strategies.

Requirements:
- Graduate with a professional qualification in archives administration or a related field.
- Excellent IT and social media skills, with experience of digital technologies and their application in special collections.
- Commitment to the exploitation of special collections for teaching, learning, and research.
- Experience of teaching and learning, and training staff and students in using special collections.
