Job Title: Regional Facilities Operations Leader
Babcock International Group is seeking a skilled Regional Facilities Operations Leader to oversee the delivery of FM Services across a regional cluster of sites. As a key member of the Facilities Management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful business delivery of FM Services, including minor projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead FM service delivery teams and sub-contractors to manage and maintain properties and services across a regional cluster of sites.
  • Monitor and meet customer services, performance, and budget targets using a balance of internal self-delivery teams and external contractors.
  • Provide a professional support service to the Regional Cluster FM team and Group Facilities Department.
  • Support the implementation of Business Continuity and ensure compliance with Company Policy and Legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) Level 3 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH General Health and Safety Certificate or be willing to work towards this upon taking the role.
  • IWFM qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) and NPPV1 security clearance.
