Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of Senior Nurse Manager at Service Care Solutions Ltd.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing wellbeing guides and allocating clinical tasks, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Ideally, they will have experience in a management role (equivalent band 6 or above), preferably within a variety of clinical settings.
This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader who can create a therapeutic environment where healing can occur.
Responsibilities:
- Manage wellbeing guides and allocate clinical tasks.
- Support the Head of Clinical Care in operationalising the Clinical Team Strategic Plan.
- Deputise in the absence of the HoD.
- Induct new nurses and the clinical wellbeing team into standard operating procedures.
- Work with the Head of Clinical Care to refine processes and systems.
- Complete risk assessments and care plans in a person-centred approach.
- Deliver care within equality, diversity, and dignity.
- Safeguarding concerns should be documented and shared with the head nurse and registered manager.
- Maintain a recovery philosophy of abstinence as an agreed goal of treatment.
